  1. I can’t open any orders because “New Order” button isn’t active.
    Login to your trading account using the trader’s password, not the investor’s one.
  2. How to become a participant of the contest?
    1. If you already have Members Area at the RoboForex Company, just open Contest Account.
    2. If you don’t have Members Area at the RoboForex Company yet, you have to register one with the contests option.
  3. Can I take part in several RoboForex contests at the same time?
    Yes, you can.
  4. What is TimeOut?

    TimeOut is a number of competitions, which a participant has no right to take part in, after he has won a prize. The period of TimeOut for participants depends on the contest:

    • Trade Day – 24 competitions;
    • KingSize MT5 – 12 competitions;
    • Week with CFD – 12 competitions;
    • Demo Forex – 6 competitions.
  5. I can’t register my nickname in RoboForex Members Area. I received the message that this nickname is already in use.
    Nicknames of the clients, who participate in contests, must be unique. If you see an error that the chosen nickname has already been taken, you will have to create a new nickname, which may differ from the existing one in one symbol.
  6. I can’t open any orders on my contest account. I receive the message “Please wait”.
    Close all charts opened in your terminal. In “Market Watch” window right click and choose “Show All”.
  7. Can I participate in the contest and trade on my real account at the same time?
    Yes, you can. Real accounts have nothing to do with the contest ones.
  8. How is my contest account balance is replenished?
    Your contest account balance is replenished automatically before each competition.
  9. Do I need to register in the next competition?
    No, you don’t. For each contest only one account is opened, which may take part in all competitions of this contest.
  10. What is “server time” and where can I see it?
    It‘s the time of our trading server. Server time is Eastern European Time (EET). It is displayed in your terminal and on our website.
  11. How to view EURJPY, GBPCHF, etc. in the trading terminal?
    In “Market Watch” window right click and choose “Show All”.
  12. Where can I find trading reports of contest participants?
    Click on the nickname in “Rating” section of the contest and you will be redirected to the participant’s personal page, where you can l read more about his/her transactions made during the current competition.
  13. How do I restore the password for my contest account?
    You can do it yourself in your Members Area at https://my.roboforex.com/trading-acc...ange-password/.
  14. Can I trade on contest account when the contest isn’t being held?
    No, you can’t. Trading on contest account is only allowed during the period of time when the contest is being held.
  15. How do I get my prize?
    To receive prize money, you are required to email your real account number with the base currency in USD to [email protected].

  17. If I refused to take part in the contest, can I join it once again?
    In your Members Area, choose the menu of contest accounts and click on “Participate”.
